Austin Region Market Statistics | December 2022

Closing out the 2022 year with naturally slower activity in the winter months. Going into 2023 we will be watching the Austin market inventory numbers closely. Active listings should pick back up above 8,000 be springtime. 

Cloased sales were up M/M from ~2,000 in November to ~2,400 in December.
