Strider Co. was established in 2022. Founder and managing broker, Jade Tamplin, has been in the real estate industry since 2017.

We provide comprehensive real estate services under one roof, including property management, realty services, and property tax consulting. Our integrated approach allows us to better serve our clients’ complete real estate needs. Our goal is to be able to service our clients real estate needs wholly instead of partially.

Realty Services

What types of property do you help buy and sell?

We handle farm/ranch, lot/land, residential and commercial type property.

Yes, we can guide first-time buyers through every step of the purchase process, from the initial consultation to closing the deal.

Typically for representation services our fee is commission based on 3% of the sales price. For sellers this fee is taken out of the sales proceeds and is earned and payable upon closing and funding. For buyer representation this fee is also paid upon closing and funding and will be paid either out of the seller or buyer side of the transaction closing statement depending on negotiations with the seller side of the transaction.
Yes. However hourly based invoices are due when billed instead of when the property has been closed and funded. Hourly based payments can oftentimes save clients money but can also incur fees regardless of if there was a closing or not. Contact your agent to see what their hourly rate is.

We maintain relationships with reliable contractors and have an efficient and simple process for tenants to submit maintenance requests. We coordinate all repairs, oversee the work, and ensure quality completion.

Our base management fee is 8% of the rents for multiple properties and 9% of the rents for a single property.

Property Tax Consulting

How can your tax consulting services save me money?
We review your property tax assessment for accuracy and can appeal inflated valuations. We analyze market data and comparable properties to build strong cases for reducing your tax burden.

Open Space 1-d-1, or Ag Valuation, is a special appraisal method for agricultural land in Texas. It’s based on the land’s capacity to produce agricultural products, timber, or forest products

Grazing, crop production, or hay production are the most common agricultural activities to maintain an Ag valuation on your land.
  • Your land must currently be Open-Space or Agricultural use in order for you to convert it to wildlife management use.
  • A wildlife management plan and application needs to be written and submitted to the County Appraisal District before May 1st.
