July Market Statistics for the Houston, Sugar Land, and The Woodlands Market Areas
The Houston area has been on the decline as far as YOY activity, but has seen less volatility than other markets like the Austin Area for example. The ongoing question will be about inventory, many anticipate Active Listings to go down from here and current inventory levels haven’t even reached 2017-2019 levels.
